As a Corporate Controller / Financial Analyst at EN.IT, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial success. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the financial operations of the company, providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate is going to carry out the following tasks:
- Implementation of a Profit and Loss (P&L) Management Control System
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and create meaningful reports to support executive decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboratio
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least some former experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Controller or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
